QXS Vertical (Modular) Corner Tube Gas Hot Water Boiler
1. Boiler proper utilizes self-supporting vertical corner tube structure, with high strength & stability, safe and reliable without shaking or surging.
2. Hot water boiler has no drum. Drum is in external and unheated without numerous densely expansion (welding) pipe holes.
3. Hot water boiler utilizes forced circulation + natural circulation (auxiliary). Vertical layout offers a greater height difference than traditional products, ensuring safer water circulation.
4. Large second-passage space provides ample heating surface arrangement in boiler proper, and the rear section is equipped with economizer and condenser (air preheater) for high efficiency.
5. Equal flue gas velocity design for dense convection heating surfaces makes flue gas velocity rationally controlled, prevents shaking of the heating surface.
6. Reserving sufficient space between densely heated surfaces for inspection & maintenance makes easy entry & exit of furnace & furnace chamber, making inspection & maintenance more convenient.
7. Modular design, high assembly degree, short installation period, small base space, more suitable for large capacity boilers.
