QXS Horizontal Package Corner Tube Gas Hot Water Boiler

  1. Boiler proper utilizes self-supporting horizontal corner tube structure, with high strength & stability, safe and reliable without shaking or surging.
  2. Hot water boiler has no drum. Drum is in external and unheated without numerous densely expansion (welding) pipe holes.
  3. Hot water boiler utilizes forced circulation + natural circulation (auxiliary. Single drum layout offers a greater height difference than traditional products, ensuring safer water circulation.
  4. Convection heating surface utilizes smooth tube + spiral fin tube structure, providing ample heating surface area in the boiler proper, and the rear section is equipped with economizer and condenser (air preheater) for high thermal efficiency.
  5. Reserving sufficient space between densely heated surfaces for inspection & maintenance makes easy entry & exit of furnace & furnace chamber, making inspection & maintenance more convenient.
  6. Horizontal structure fully assembled before delivery with low shipping cost, less installation workload and short installation period.
