DHW Vertical Corner Tube Biomass Steam Boiler
1. Wide fuel adaptability, suitable for various types of biomass fuels. Chain or reciprocating grates can be selected according to fuel characteristics. Fuels with moisture content ≤50% can be stably and fully burned. It has high fuel burnout rate, low ash carbon content and high boiler efficiency.
2. Low-pressure economizer is optional to the boiler system, it can further reduce the exhaust gas temperature and improve boiler thermal efficiency, which can be 3-5% higher than similar products.
3. Furnace chamber has big space, it adopts novel combustion technology combining layer combustion with chamber combustion. Through unique coordination technique between boiler arch & fuel wind, rationally organized furnace air dynamic field and flue gas temperature fields, it can control the furnace temperature effectively, achieve full combustion of volatiles & three-level low-nitrogen combustion technology of fuel, air and flue gas at the same time. Boiler’s initial NOx emission is less than 150mg/m³, initial CO emissions is less than 100mg/m³, eliminating no black smoke.
4. Unique empty load channel design ensures temperatures of flue gas entering the dense convective heating surface <650℃,with coking eliminated, initial emission concentration of smoke & dust ≤600mg/Nm³;
5. The dense heating surface and equal flue gas velocity design reduces local resistance, saves system power consumption, and prevents ash accumulation due to low flue gas velocity at the end.
6. Boiler has annual operating time more than 8,000 hours, with fast fire & pressure rise, sufficient output, and 10% overload operating capacity.
