Feature – More Energy Saving
1. Deep condensation, smoke temperature ≤ 48℃. By comprehensively applying various enhanced heat exchange technologies and making full use of flue gas condensation heat, thermal efficiency of boiler is up to 103%, which can save 4-6 m3 natural gas per ton of steam than common condensing boiler, more energy saving.
2. Large boiler drum space & unique design of steam drum internals provides better steam-water separation effect with steam dryness achieving ≥ 99%. Low pipe losses with high energy efficiency.
3. Fast steam generation (Steam can be generated in 5 minutes from cold state). Multiple boilers can be connected in parallel with a wide load adjustment range and more energy saving operation.
